Returns Policy

This policy is in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.Online & Distance PurchasesUnder the Consumer Contracts Regulations, items purchased online may be returned for a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items must be returned:

  • In original condition
  • Complete with all packaging, accessories, and documentation
  • With only normal handling to assess the item

We reserve the right to make deductions where items have been used beyond this or where packaging is missing or damaged.

In-Store Purchases

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, items purchased in-store are not eligible for refund or return due to change of mind.

We do not offer cooling-off periods for in-store purchases.

Any exchange, part exchange, or resale support is offered at our discretion as a goodwill gesture, not an obligation.

Faulty Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • Of satisfactory quality
  • Fit for purpose
  • As described

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

All items will be inspected before any resolution is offered.

Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer:

  • Repair (first course of action)
  • Replacement or refund where appropriate

The following are not considered faults under consumer law:

  • Impact or accidental damage
  • External pressure or stress
  • Environmental factors (temperature, humidity, dryness)
  • Misuse or general wear and tear

Where appropriate, items may be referred to the manufacturer for independent assessment.

The manufacturer’s decision will be final.

Custom & Special Orders

Items specially ordered at a customer’s request are non-refundable unless faulty.

Deposits taken on custom or special-order items are non-refundable.

Hygiene & Sealed Items

Items where there may be hygiene concerns (e.g. microphones, earphones, clothing) may only be returned if unopened and factory sealed.

Software or licensed items may only be returned if unopened.

Digital software licenses cannot be refunded once registered.

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to offer a partial refund where goods are returned in a condition that reduces their value.

Delivery Charges

Unless an item is faulty, return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Typical return courier cost is approximately £15 within mainland UK, but may vary depending on size, weight, or location.

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Where delivery charges were applied to the original order, only the standard delivery cost will be refunded.

Premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable.

International delivery charges are non-refundable.

Finance Orders

Orders placed using finance may be subject to additional terms.
