Product Information

We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are accurate. However, occasional errors may occur and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies without prior notice.

Colours and finishes may appear differently depending on screens and devices.

Weights, specifications, and country of manufacture can occasionally vary between production runs and manufacturer updates.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices and availability may change without notice.

In the unlikely event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order prior to dispatch. If payment has already been taken, a full refund will be issued.

Some online prices, promotions, or clearance offers may differ from in-store pricing.

Orders

Placing an order does not constitute a legally binding contract until the order has been accepted and dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, pricing errors, or stock discrepancies.

For fraud prevention purposes, we may occasionally request additional verification before dispatching certain orders.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, weather conditions, strikes, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of ordering.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or local charges incurred in their country.

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional delivery information.

Click & Collect

Customers selecting Click & Collect will be notified once their order is ready for collection.

Proof of purchase and valid identification may occasionally be required upon collection.

Returns & Refunds

Items purchased online may be returned in accordance with UK distance selling regulations and our Returns Policy.

Returned items must be in the same condition as supplied and show only normal careful use.

Items should be returned with all original packaging, accessories, documentation, and included contents wherever possible.

We reserve the right to apply a reasonable re-stocking deduction where packaging, accessories, or included items are missing or damaged beyond normal inspection.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Items & Warranty

If an item develops a fault, we will work with the customer and, where appropriate, the manufacturer or supplier to assess and resolve the issue.

Many products are covered by manufacturer warranties which may vary between brands.

Warranty does not cover:

  • accidental damage
  • misuse
  • neglect
  • normal wear and tear
  • environmental damage
  • unauthorised modifications or repairs
  • consumable items such as strings, valves, reeds, batteries, tubes, or drumsticks

Valve amplifiers, vintage equipment, and used items may require routine maintenance as part of normal ownership.

Nothing within these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Vintage, Used & Collectable Instruments

Many vintage, used, and collectable instruments may show signs of age, wear, repair, modification, refinishing, or replaced parts consistent with their history and use.

Specifications and originality are described as accurately as possible based on available information, however we cannot guarantee absolute originality on vintage items unless explicitly stated.

Tone, feel, resonance, and setup preferences are subjective and may vary between players.

Vintage and used items are sold with consideration to their age and intended purpose.

Repairs & Workshop Services

Repair turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, parts availability, curing times, specialist processes, or unforeseen complications.

We are not responsible for pre-existing weaknesses, fragile finishes, aged components, or hidden faults that may become apparent during repair work.

Customers are responsible for collecting completed repairs within a reasonable timeframe.

We reserve the right to charge reasonable storage fees for items left uncollected for extended periods without communication.

Counterfeit & Replica Instruments

We reserve the right to refuse work on counterfeit or replica instruments at our discretion.

Where work is undertaken on non-genuine replica instruments, such work is performed solely for functional repair or playability purposes and must not be interpreted as authentication or endorsement of the instrument’s origin.

Special Orders

Deposits paid on special-order, custom-order, or customer-requested items are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
