Unlike many big retailers who ship guitars untouched, we offer a Professional Guitar Setup service to make sure your instrument arrives ready to play.
This includes:
- Adjusting the action for comfortable playability
- Setting the intonation for accurate tuning across the neck
- Truss rod adjustment for proper neck relief
- Cleaning and conditioning the fretboard
- Tuning and thorough play-check
- Every setup is done by our in-house techs with care and attention—just like we do for our in-store customers.
We offer this as an optional add-on to keep our online prices competitive, while still giving you the choice of the high-quality service we're known for.
