Shipping Information

We aim to dispatch all in-stock items as quickly and safely as possible.

Dispatch Times

Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days, although during busy periods this may occasionally take slightly longer. If there is likely to be a significant delay we will contact you directly.

Special-order items, custom orders, or workshop-related items may have longer lead times.

Delivery Services

We use a range of trusted courier and postal services depending on the size, value, and destination of your order. Larger or higher-value items may require a signature on delivery.

Tracking details will be provided where applicable.

UK Shipping

We ship throughout the UK using insured and tracked services where appropriate. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and value of the order.

Some remote areas, Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland may incur additional delivery charges or slightly longer delivery times.

International Shipping

We are happy to ship worldwide on many items. International shipping costs are calculated based on destination, size, weight, and insurance requirements.

Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery times can vary depending on customs clearance and local postal services.
  • Some manufacturers restrict international shipping on certain products.

Guitars & Fragile Items

All guitars and fragile items are carefully checked and packaged before dispatch. Where possible, guitars are shipped with strings slightly detuned to reduce tension during transit.

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and notify us as soon as possible if there are any issues.

Vintage, Collectable & High-Value Instruments

Certain vintage, collectable, or high-value instruments may only be shipped via fully insured specialist courier services. In some cases we may require direct bank transfer payment for these items.

We reserve the right to decline shipping to certain destinations where adequate insurance cover is unavailable.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our Derby store during normal opening hours. We will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue with the courier.

Please retain all packaging materials if an item arrives damaged, as couriers may require inspection photographs.
