A weird and wonderful, mid '90s collaboration between Fender Japan and Fuji Film produced these guitars: an alder body covered with a unique film finish to give the look of flamed maple but with the weight and tonal properties of alder. The look is very convincing and the rest of the guitar is just one of the nicest Strats you could possibly want to play; versatile, articulate, you know the story!
